Arrest Made Following Appeal

Warwickshire Police would like to thank everyone who shared an appeal to locate Youness Arash, 31, of Hazeldene Road, Birmingham, who was wanted in connection with an alleged assault in Corley on 22 February. He was arrested on Wednesday and charged with this offence.

Arash was also charged with a series of other offences including another six counts of assault, two counts of causing criminal damage and one count of making threats to kill.

The alleged offences occurred between June 2018 and February 2019 in Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

He appeared at Warwick Magistrates Court yesterday
where he was remanded in custody to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 6 June 2019.
