Vehicles Recovered in Nether Whitacre

Two vehicles recovered from Station Road, Nether Whitacre by officers.  Range Rover abandoned overnight following breakdown-no lighting & no report to police. Vehicle was left on a bend & opposite a junction after it had been pushed into a ground anchor of a telegraph pole. Western Power had to assist officers by making sure telegraph pole was safe. When the vehicle was removed by police for causing an obstruction to the carriageway – the ground anchor was replaced.  Officers ask ‘Don’t leave your car in a dangerous place!’

Second vehicle moved was a Transit Tipper that was blocking the entire footpath. Owner was asked to move vehicle and stated that he would. 3 weeks later and still in situ.
