Attempted Entry to Van in Water Orton

At approx 21.45hrs on 22/12/18 a male, described as of slim build, wearing a grey hoodie, possibly white trainers was seen attempting to break into a van on Old Church Road, Water Orton.  The owner was alerted by a security device on the property and ran outside.  The householder refers to more than one offender but does not state how many.  The vehicle was not entered and nothing taken.
