Man Charged with Atherstone Assault
Police have charged an 18-year-old man with assault after an alleged attack at a house in Atherstone.
On 5 February, two men are said to have forced entry to a house in Royal Meadow Drive and attacked a man before leaving in the victim’s car.
Kalyb Patterson, of no fixed abode but residing in Nuneaton, has also been charged with being carried in a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
He was also charged with criminal damage after a car was damaged in Humphrey Davy Road, Bedworth, on 15 October 2019.
Patterson was arrested on Wednesday (13 February) in Lydgate Court, Nuneaton.
He will appear at Warwick Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 15 February).
