Officers Attend Rural Crime Training Day

Last week 22 officers attended a rural crime training day covering key areas such as heritage crime, wildlife crime, livestock and agricultural vehicles and plant.  Experts from different fields gave presentations on their area of specialism and the officers then put into practice with equipment, vehicles and livestock.  The officers came from a number of departments within the force and from across the county and will become key contacts to support colleagues on rural crime incidents.
