Happy Birthday Police Dog Bliss
Today we are wishing Police Dog Bliss a Happy 10th Birthday
Bliss who is a Weimaraner Labrador cross was abandoned in a house and rescued by the RSPCA about 5 years ago and was assessed to become a search dog.
Since then she has loved her second life in the Police. She is a licensed search dog and is trained to find drugs, firearms, ammunition and cash.
At the age of 10 she still loves going out on duty every day with her lead holder and driver Matt.
She spends her rest days relaxing in the garden with PD Delta and retired PD Kayla.
Our Police Dogs are such important and valued members of our force.
