Sheep Worrying Incident in Shipston on Stour Area

Incident 164-24/10/2019 refers to sheep attack in the Shipston On Stour area. Seven sheep were bitten by what is believed to be a dog near to the river. All seven are making a steady recovery with two having to be pulled out of the river. Please respect livestock and if walking dogs near to sheep keep them on a lead. If you let your dogs out in the garden make sure it is secure and they cannot escape.  Farmers can shoot any dog seen to worry their livestock.
