Mini Seized During a Warrant

At a warrant dealt with by the Rural Crime Team a Mini was also seized due to the person seen driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.  The disqualification came as a result of work done by one of the Rural Crime Officer’s in Lower Quinton prior to moving to the team.  The officer had dealt with reports of Anti Social Behaviour from the Quinton Parish Council.  Following investigations a male and a 17 year old female from the village, was sent to court for riding a quad bike without insurance around the area.  Both were convicted earlier this year and as a result of the male being caught driving the Mini he now faces another court date.
