Trailer Recovered Following Police Pursuit
At 3.30am 17/1/20, near Napton, a call came in to report suspicious activity involving a Silver Nissan X-Trail.
Officers from Rugby were able to locate the vehicle as it towed a trailer through Princethorpe. A pursuit ensued with occupants of the X-Trail then throwing bricks at the police car when they stopped to detach the trailer on a narrow country lane.
The trailer was dumped on the narrow country lane, blocking it and the X-Trail and occupants made off.
Thankfully the Officers invovled were not injured and we are now looking to identify the owner of the recovered trailer (pictured).
