Investigation into the Illegal Dumping of Tyres

Rural Crime Team Officers in the North of the County have been working alongside Leicestershire Police and the Local Authority following incidents of tyres being dumped in isolated rural locations.
Fly Tipping tyres in particular is a selfish crime that costs the taxpayer and land owner thousands of pounds to remove.
It affects everyone as Fly Tipping is a source of pollution and is a potential danger to public health and a hazard to wildlife.
We have been working closely with our partners but we also need your help.

If you find or witness fly tipping, record as many details as possible. Save any dash cam or camera footage and report it to your local authority via the gov.uk website or our own www.warwickshireruralwatch.co.uk – Report a Crime – Fly Tipping.

Any information in relation to the tyre tipping across the North of the County contact the Rural Crime Team email on ruralcrimeteam@warwickshire.pnn.police.uk
Or anonymously on Crimestoppers.
