Coleshill Officers Caught Fly Tippers in Action
Yesterday (2/9/20) whilst officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team at Coleshill were out on patrol, they came across fly-tippers on Hams Road, Lea Marston. They approached the vehicle and three males were in the Ford Transit Tipper, they were made to load the rubbish back onto their vehicle.
Our officers hear loads of excuses and yesterday were told another reason as to why they were flying tipping “The local tip was not available”.
The incident has been crimed and the details with evidence have been provided to the local authority who will be the prosecuting agent. It will then be for the courts to decide for the sentencing and any forfeiture.
