Suspicious Incident in Southam

At around 17.30/45 hrs yesterday (27/10/20), a person in a vehicle like a people carrier/estate car, possibly dark blue in colour was seen acting suspiciously at a farm in Southam,  both the vehicle and a second person, believed to be male and on foot, made off when approached.  When the vehicle was originally seen it did not have any head lights on.
