Historic Church Window Damaged in Tanworth in Arden

Some time between Sunday 25th October and Monday 26th October, unknown offender(s) broke into Umberslade Baptist Church via a stained glass window.

The church dates back to 1877 and is Grade2* listed.

Items in the church were moved and rooms entered but it is not believed anything was taken.

The damage to the window is a heritage crime and is being investigated by our Rural Crime Team.
