Male Arrested After Stinger Deployed on M42
A man has been arrested and charged with driving offences after a car allegedly failed to stop for officers on the M40 yesterday morning (10/1/21).
The vehicle was stopped after a stinger was deployed on the M42.
The 34-year-old man from Leicestershire was charged with dangerous driving, drink driving, failure to stop, driving while disqualified and aggravated vehicle taking. He will appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court today.
