Arrest in Hartshill

On the 24th January, a suspect was seen by police officers driving a motor vehicle that had initially failed to stop for officers.  The suspect ran off from the car and officers pursued on foot.  The suspect was located and detained and officers noted he was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech.
