Number Plates Taken Off Vehicle in Piccadilly

Some time between 19.00 hrs last night and 10.45 hrs this morning, unknown offender(s) have taken the number plates from a vehicle in Piccadilly.  The front plate was found removed but in one piece, the rear plate was found snapped with one half still on the car, all parts found nearby.
