Attempt Theft in Stockton

On the evening of Monday 26th April between 7.30pm and 8pm, unknown offenders, possibly 2 or 3 people, attempted to steal an agricultural vehicle from a rural location in Stockton. They were disturbed by a member of the family at the property who went out to see what was happening and struck him, needing him to go to hospital. The offenders then made off in a vehicle described as a dark coloured 4 x 4 when another member of the family arrived. Nothing was taken.
