Man Charged With Murder – Rugby

A man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a man in his 40s in Rugby.

Matthew Naysmith, aged 18, of Newland Street, Rugby, was charged in the early hours of this morning (Sunday, 5 September).

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Coventry Magistrates Court on Monday, 6 September.

The charge comes following an incident on Newland Street on Thursday, 2nd September, 2021.
