Arrest Following Theft Offences

A local male has been arrested and charged with a theft offence that occurred in Atherstone Town Centre.

PC Lloyd Walton and the Safer Neighbour Team secured a charge against the male who had been a persistent offender in the local area. Officers are also applying for a criminal behaviour order banning him from certain stores in the town centre and an eviction application. The case will be heard at Coventry Court on 15/10/21.
