Atherstone Man to Appear in Court
A 33-year-old man from Atherstone will appear at Coventry Magistrates Court today to face two charges; Assault and Harrassment – Breach of a Restraining Order.
It is alleged that Ben Cox of Tannery Road, Atherstone, breached a restraining order between 5 and 7 November 2021, that prevented contact with a named woman. He also faces charges relating to an earlier incident where it is alleged he assaulted the woman on 8 October 2021.
