Road Safety Event at Dobbies Garden Centre in Rugby

Warwickshire Road Safety partners are coming together to deliver an engagement event around driver safety.

Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership are running an engagement and education event on Tuesday September 20th 10:00 – 15:00 aimed predominantly at older drivers as part of the Project Edward (Every day Without a Road Death) campaign with the theme of lifelong learning.

Located in the car park at Dobbies Garden Centre in Rugby a number of partners will be attending to offer activities and advice. Warwickshire Fire and Rescue will be offering free vehicle maintenance advice, while Warwickshire Police will be conducting child car seat checks.

National partners such as British Horse Society will be attending with interactive activities to raise awareness of vulnerable road users.
