Three Males Charged Following Hare Coursing Incident
On 30th November 2022, Police were alerted to an incident of Hare-coursing in the Brinklow area. With the assistance of other departments, 3 x males were arrested, 3 x dogs seized, and 1 x vehicle seized.The follow on investigation was conducted by RCT officers and on 15th February the 3 males were charged with offences under the Hunting Act 2004 and Police, Crime, Sentencing & Courts Act 2022.
All 3 males are due to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on 17th March.
