Warwickshire County Council Residents Survey for Domestic Violence and Abuse Service

Warwickshire County Council is in the process of refreshing its Safe Accommodation Needs Assessment and Strategy for 2024-27.

They are reaching out to as many Warwickshire residents as they can so that they can better understand victim-survivors’ experiences of domestic abuse and of accessing support across the county.

The purpose of our review is to establish whether people experiencing domestic abuse in Warwickshire are aware of the service (Warwickshire Domestic Violence and Abuse Service provided by Refuge) and know how to access it, to understand whether the service is meeting need effectively, and to gain an insight into the experiences that people have had with the service provided.

The survey will help them improve the service provided, as well as understand how they can increase awareness of the service.

They are keen to hear the views of people who have previously experienced or are currently experiencing domestic abuse, whether services have been accessed or not.
