Theft in Welford on Avon

Telecoms engineer has been working on street side cabinet in Welford on Friday 19th October at around 4.30pm. Engineer has put on top of the cabinet some JDSU testing equipment (measuring device) worth £2000 whilst they were lay down working inside of the cabinet. 5 Minutes later engineer tries to locate the equipment but it has been stolen whilst he was working in the cabinet. Engineer noticed several people walking by however being a busy street nothing was suspicious. This equipment is in a black case and is similar in size to a house brick
