Barn Fire in Warwick

Fire control received several calls on 23/9/18 to reports of a barn containing a large amount of straw on fire on Hampton Road in Warwick. Crews from Leamington and Wellesbourne attended the incident.
Once in attendance, the firefighters created a water relay using a hydrant and two appliances. Two water curtains were also used to protect the surrounding area from any further fire damage.
Huge thanks though goes to the local farmer who helped break down the straw, so that the crew could tackle the fire more quickly.

That really is teamwork!
