Illegal Crayfish Offences in Maxstoke

After two males were identified using illegal Crayfish nets at Maxstoke, investigations into a number of offences are ongoing. Other offences being investigated include trapping Crayfish without authorisation and trapping Crayfish without the land owners permission.

Be aware that all reported incidents of poaching and wildlife crime will be investigated by Warwickshire Police, the Environment Agency and partner agencies.
