Result from Arrests Following Cawston Burglary

Following a Burglary Dwelling which took place on 19/09/2017 at 2, CAVE CLOSE, CAWSTON, RUGBY, WARWICKSHIRE CV22 7GL where a wallet and bank cards were stolen and the debit cards were used in several fraudulent transactions,the following popele have been found guilty of the following offences and sentenced;

Kieran Redhead was sentenced to 3 years imprisonement for BURGLARY, DRIVING A CONVEYANCE TAKEN WITHOUT AUTHORITY and 3 counts of FRAUD.

Charlie Louise Huddlestone was sentenced to 21 months imprisonment, suspended for 2 years, To undertake a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement as directed by Probation for up to 20 days and Pay Victim Surcharge of £140 for BURGLARY, DRIVING A CONVEYANCE TAKEN WITHOUT AUTHORITY, 5 counts of FRAUD,Take a motor vehicle without the owners consent, Use a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, Drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence – endorsable offence
