Male Arrested and Remanded in Custody at Leamington Police Station
During targeted patrols yesterday (Sat) Rural Crime Team Officers spotted a Nissan Navara of interest to the team near Ryton on Dunsmore. Calling on colleagues from the OPU team

The Driver was somebody the team have previously charged with theft. He was found to have a warrant in place for failing to appear at court for further matters. He was also found to have an expired provisional driving licence.
Lodged in Leamington Spa Police Station custody the male was reported for driving without a valid licence or insurance. He will also be placed before the next available court in Coventry under the terms of the warrant. With Coventry Magistrates’ Court closed on Sunday this means around 40 hours of detention in a Leamington Police cell before he will be transferred to court.
