Suspicious Incident in Birchley Heath

At around 23.00 hrs on the 16/2/21, a male with a bicycle was seen going down a drive and trying a door handle to a vehicle.  The owner was alerted and shouted out to the male who made off on the bike.  Male described as late teens wearing a grey/black hoodie with a scarf.
