Male Arrested on M42
A male was arrested at approximately 19:20 hours on the 11th September after driving along the M42 swerving in and out of lanes.
The suspect has been pulled over by members of the public and police were called.
Suspect had no insurance on the vehicle and provided a breath test at the roadside over three times the legal limit .
Warwickshire Police would like to thank the members of the public who potentially prevented a more serious incident.
