Officers Arrest Male for Fly Tipping Incident

Officers investigating an incident of fly tipping near Ansley in September last year have charged a man.

Callum Smith, 29, of Brights Road, Nuneaton was arrested after the incident near Brook House Farm was captured on video.

Smith was charged with depositing without an environmental permit controlled or extractive waste on land.  He will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on the 3rd March.
