Arrests on M40
A fail to stop incident on the M40 yesterday afternoon saw a 29-year-old man, a 35-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman – all from Birmingham – arrested by officers on suspicion of numerous driving and theft offences. They remain in police custody at this time.
